Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup unbleached white fine pastry flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup carob powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 cup oil
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 cup cold water
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients listed. Pour the mixture into prepared cupcake liners. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool; add topping to taste.
